While the popularity of the association grew slowly at first, the association caused a ruckus in the mid-sixties in response to the AQHA's seeming lackluster efforts in forwarding the cause and strength of the Quarter Horse breed. As a result, the OQHA has grown into one of the strongest horse associations in the country and its annual invitation event, the Congress, celebrated its 40th year in 2006. Goodguys Car Show

Have you ever witnessed thousands colored classic cars and hot rods in one place? If no, you have a great chance next weekend in Columbus, Ohio. The city will experience a mega-event - a Goodguys car show. 

It is considered one of the most unique events in the world. The 13th annual Goodguys PPG Nationals takes place on July 9 through July 12 on the grounds of the famous Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio. Amazing outdoor show attracts over 6,000 customs, classics, rods, vehicles and street machines through 1972 (1972 and earlier vintages). 

The Good Guys Rod and Custom Association is America's biggest association with over 70,000 members worldwide. Every year it puts on an annual street rods, custom cars show and vintage drag races across the United States. In 2011, Goodguys stages 23 rod and custom events in 13 states. The season has started in March and wraps up in November.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) is the governing body of athletic programs for junior and senior high schools in the state of Ohio. The OHSAA governs eligibility of student athletes, resolves disputes, organizes levels of competition by divisional separation of schools according to attendance population, and conducts state championship competitions in all the OHSAA-sanctioned sports.
